1. RECEIPT OF RENTAL ORDER
Renter accepts the count listed and will be charged for any missing or damaged items upon return. All orders are double-counted before delivery.
2. USE AND LOCATION
Renter is responsible for rental items from the time of pickup/delivery until the time of return. To avoid extra charges, cover equipment to protect it from weather or sprinkler systems. Items must be secured and protected from the elements at all times. If equipment becomes unsafe or broken, Renter must notify Misc. immediately and prevent injuries from use until Misc. regains possession. Non-functioning items must be reported to Misc. immediately, or the Renter will be responsible for full rental payment.
All rates are subject to change without notice. Prices are for one day rentals, based on time out. Weekly rentals are priced at a three day rate and monthly rentals are priced at a three week rate, excluding truck or trailer rentals and any high demand seasonal items or subrentals.
Quotes and proposals do not guarantee availability or pricing. Normally a deposit of 50% is due in order to reserve equipment and guarantee pricing. The deposit must be secured during periods of high demand, for seasonal rental items, and/or for subrentals. For a full refund of Deposit, cancellation is required 72 hours before date of reservation.
5. ADDITIONAL ORDER OPTIONS
Setup and breakdown services must be arranged when making the reservation; charges are based upon the size of the rental order.
6. CATERING RENTALS
All Plates, Glassware, Flatware, Chafer pans, Coffee makers and Drink dispensers must be rinsed clean of food and beverages and placed in the appropriated crate or rack. Plates should be stacked in milk crates that are lined with plastic garbage bags. Linens should be dry and bagged in the cloth laundry bags provided. PLEASE DO NOT BAG WET LINENS.
IMPORTANT: PROPANE HEATERS SHOULD NEVER BE USED IN ENCLOSED AREAS. Requires additional signed waivers with rental.
Our standard delivery charge is for service within 30 minutes of our office and during our business hours. Delivery to a further distance is available for an additional charge, based on the distance/travel time. Products are delivered to and picked up from one spot, within fifty feet of Misc.’s truck. Loading to a distance further than fifty feet or on a different floor level will incur an additional charge starting at $25.00. Items must be broken down and stacked in a single location for convenient pick up.
9. DUE DATE AND RETURNS
All equipment and accessories must be returned on or before the due date, in original condition. Misc. will grant a 24-hour grace period from the time of return to locate any missing items. After that 24 hours has expired, any items not returned will either a) incur rental charges until they are returned or b) have their replacement cost charged to the client.
10. CLEANING, REPLACEMENT AND REPAIR
Additional fees may be charged for returned items that need cleaning. Renter will pay for replacement of permanently stained or damaged items deemed unrentable. If items are lost, stolen or damaged, Renter must pay Misc. the full cost of replacement or repair.
Renter will pay any expenses resulting from legal action or collection fees incurred when enforcing contract. Renter holds Misc. harmless from liability or damages resulting from police report filed for stolen goods (when Renter possesses goods past the due date for return).
Renter will provide proof of insurance naming Misc. as additional insured and loss payee. Insurance should provide $1,000,000 in General Liability coverage and Automobile liability for unowned and hired autos when applicable.
